| Documents to be submitted |
1. Application in plain paper with photocopies of all the relevant documents.
2. Succession Certification or legalheir certificate.
3. For involving Sub-division fee must be payable at the time of receiving patta.

| To whom application to be sent |
On every Monday the public can give the application to the VAO in his village, or on every
Tuesday in a village where he is holding additional charge. Acknowledgement is given for
receipt of the application by the VAO. No no fee is to be paid at the time of submission
of application.

| Time limit for sanction |
Cases not involving Sub-division :
Patta transfer order to be obtained from the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar of Taluk Office concerned
on the second Friday from the date of submission of the application. The applicant must
produce proof of all the original documents at the time of receiving the order. This process will
be completed within 15 days.
Cases involving Sub-division :
Patta transfer order to be obtained from the Taluk Tahsildar on the fourth Friday from
the date of submission of the application. The applicant must produce proof of all the original
documents and should have paid the sub-division fees at the time of receiving the order. This process will be completed
within 30 days.
